The Executive Committee of the International Conference on Mercury as a Global Pollutant 2019 (ICMGP19) invites you to share your work, ideas, research, and challenges by submitting an abstract related to the theme and topics of the conference.
The Scientific Steering Committee of ICMGP19 will be responsible for the selection of oral presentations and posters from the submitted abstracts.
The abstract submission deadline is

You will be able to create an account to manage your abstract(s) submission(s). You can edit your abstract up until it is submitted.
A non-refundable abstract‑submission fee of 150.00 PLN (approx. $45.00 USD) is required for each abstract submitted.
We encourage you to have the following details prepared before you start the submission process and to keep a copy of your submission.
The title of your abstract should not exceed 25 words.
The abstract should be submitted in English and include no tables, figures, references, or appendices. It should be suitable for direct inclusion in an abstract booklet or on the conference website.
The text of the abstract should not exceed 400 words. Conference participants rely heavily on the titles and abstracts to identify papers and posters of special interest. Please take great care in wording both.
Please do NOT enter the author information in the abstract submission area.
You may add up to 10 authors for each abstract.
The abstract submission site will require you to select a primary topic of the session from session list at the conference website. Please select the topic most relevant to your abstract.
Please note, the Scientific Steering Committee maintain the flexibility to assign your presentation to another session, if is it determined to be better suited to another theme or session topic category.
The abstract submission procedure will ask for up to five keywords to describe your abstract.
Abstracts will be reviewed, evaluated, and ranked by the conference Scientific Steering Committee. The most suitable abstracts will be accepted. Preference will be given to abstracts that:
It is anticipated that all presenters will be notified of their abstract acceptance no later than May 6th, 2019.
All presenters must register for the conference. Registration will be launched on March 11th 2019.
Presenters are responsible for their own travel, accommodations, and conference registration fees.
Publication & Distribution:
If your abstract is selected, audio or video recordings or photographs may be made of your session. Your submission of an abstract constitutes your agreement that recordings can be made and distributed.
Accepted abstracts will be posted on the website and included in the conference abstract volume to be shared with all conference attendees and stakeholders.
